Who we are

Over 26 years we have worked on extensions, renovations, refurbishments, loft and HMO conversions, structural alterations and property development. That range means we can see early where a project is likely to cost more than expected, where a layout will not work, and where a simpler approach gets a better result.
We are a team of 5+ people based at 55 Priory Road, Exeter. Projects run with one point of contact, an agreed sequence of works and honest answers about cost and timing — including when the answer is that a project is not right for us.
Specialist plumbing and electrical works are coordinated through trusted qualified professionals where required.
